What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients, including the use of trance and hypnotic conditioning.

However, RTT® goes beyond hypnosis, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement.

While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs rather than the catalyst. RTT® therapists could reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to access the subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk.

Your RTT® therapist is equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial, not just in teaching you how to communicate with your subconscious mind but also directly accessing and fixing whatever blocks may be there. Central to that is the ability to transform many clients in a single session.

What’s an RTT session like?

Your session will be facilitated as a safe container where you can fully open up to the changes you want to make. Using hypnotherapy Jana will encourage you to explore previous memories and experiences to find the root cause of where you began facing this challenge. Through gentle prompts she will guide you to rewire the mental blocks and beliefs that put you in the position you currently find yourself in, so that you can make conscious changes to the way you approach this challenge and move forward away from it.

After your session you’ll receive a bespoke personalised audio recording of Jana’s voice to listen to daily for two weeks or longer. This audio will reaffirm the changes we’ve made through your session. It will take you back to the experience of the session and create a new habit in the way you think and approach your life. It’s essential that you commit to listening to the audio recording to see the permanent changes you seek through RTT.

How does RTT work?

Your subconscious mind has a memory of every single event, feeling and experience that you have gone through since you came into existence.

Using hypnosis, as a safe, quick and easy means, you will be able to gain access to, and directly communicate with, your subconscious mind. When in hypnosis, you are NOT asleep, in fact, you are awake and alert, and FULLY in control. It is a very natural state, similar to day dreaming or meditating, where you are in full awareness of yourself.

RECONNECT with the REAL you using the FOUR ‘I’s:

  1. INVESTIGATE – You will be able to regress to scenes, all to do with the cause of your presenting issue.
  2. INTERPRET – Using various RTT techniques, you will be guided to interpret why, when, where and how you formed certain beliefs that caused your presenting issue.
  3. INTERRUPT – Together, we will then interrupt the old thought patterns and beliefs, as they no longer serve the ‘you’ that you are today.
  4. INSTALL – Using powerful and unique RTT techniques, we will replace the old, outdated beliefs with new, transformational ones that will lead you to successful change and freedom; reconnect you with who you are today.

For most issues, ONE RTT session is enough, however with some things such as long term depression and anxiety, more than one session may be needed.

Who is RTT for?

Does RTT work?

Yes. Rapid Transformational Therapy has worked and continues to work for thousands of people just like you, no matter the issue. It’s simple, effective and proven.

Will I be asleep during the session?

No. You are awake and alert and fully aware of everything that is happening throughout the session.

How will I feel during and after?

During your treatment, you will feel aware, relaxed and comfortable. Everyone is different and depending on how deeply you work you might leave the session energised with excitement or you may feel very reflective. Whether you feel excited or reflective, you will always have a sense of understanding, freedom and empowerment.

What if I uncover something I don’t want to share?

You are in complete control during the session and if you don’t wish to share something, you won’t. It’s okay to keep details to yourself. I can still help you as long as you can tell me how the unnamed details affect you i.e. how they make you feel.

How can it work in just one session?

The RTT technique allows me to directly access the subconscious mind so I can identify the real ‘reasons’ we do what we do and react the way we react etc. This access saves you hours even years in talk therapy and searching for the cause of the issues and the fix. The source of our issues is usually based on age appropriate understandings. When you’re able to observe yourself and these understandings from a non-judgemental perspective it’s relatively easy to let them go and move onto rewiring new beliefs that are more beneficial. Furthermore, after your session you will receive a short personalised recording that will need to be listened to for 21 days afterwards in order for RTT to have the full effect. Sometimes it can take more than one session per issue but as a rule most issues only take one session (please not some long term deep seeded depression and anxiety can take 2-3 sessions).
